• Property pricing, availability, payment plans, and promotional offers displayed are indicative and subject to change without prior notice by respective developers.
• Calculators (such as the Home Loan EMI & Affordability Calculator) provide mathematical estimations for planning purposes and do not represent formal loan sanctions.
• Final financial approvals and interest rates are governed independently by participating lending institutions (such as SBI, HDFC, ICICI, etc.).

03 User Inquiries & Consent to Contact

When you voluntarily submit an inquiry form, request a brochure, schedule a site visit, or request a callback on hectareacre, you expressly consent to receive communications (via Phone Call, SMS, WhatsApp, or Email) from our advisory concierge and authorized project representatives, overriding any NDNC / DND registration for transaction-related facilitation.

04 Intellectual Property Rights

All original software codebase, user interfaces, branding, custom maps, analytical algorithms, and editorial compilations on hectareacre are the proprietary property of the platform operator. Builder logos, trademarks, project renders, and architectural floorplans remain the intellectual property of their respective developers and owners.

05 Limitation of Liability & Due Diligence

Buyers and investors are strongly advised to independently verify all statutory clearances, RERA registrations, title deeds, and developer agreements before executing any financial transaction or agreement to sell. hectareacre shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising out of real estate transactions entered into with third-party developers.

06 Governing Law & Legal Support Desk

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of this portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Haryana / NCR.
